About Joel Caschette, M.D

Joel G. Caschette, M.D. is the Medical Director of Visage Medical Skin Care. He is a graduate of Duke University and New York Medical College. Dr.Caschette served his residency at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, PA. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine. He completed post-residency training in Cosmetic Medicine.

Dr.Caschette is a member of the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery, and has been practicing in Lee County since 2001. He lives in Cape Coral. He is a FAA Licensed Private Pilot, and also enjoys SCUBA diving and boating.

Dr. Joel is an avid student of languages. He has studied French, and is currently learning Russian and German. Dr. Joel enjoys speaking with patients in the languages he studies, but it’s always best to bring an interpreter to our office if you don’t feel comfortable speaking in English at our office.
